If we had to choose one word to describe the dining program here (besides “delicious”), it would have to be “creative.”
Our culinary team, led by Amelia Scheidhauer, takes pride in offering a variety of familiar dishes with flavorful twists, as well as creating new dishes by using fresh ingredients in unexpected ways. They also love finding ways to meet particular dietary needs without sacrificing taste.
Evergreen Lounge: You can enjoy a casual meal or even grab a bite to go. You’ll find fresh salads, sandwiches – like chicken salad on a croissant – and juicy burgers made with beef we grind ourselves.
Evergreen Dining Room: Our upscale menu selections include entrées such as filet mignon, lobster tail, and coconut-crusted tilapia. Our buffet is a little more on the down-home side, with comfort food favorites like spaghetti, chicken pot pie, okra and tomatoes. On the weekends we host a Sunday brunch, complete with a carving station.
There’s a new menu every few days so that you always have something unique to look forward to. One thing that won’t change? A great dining experience, every time.
