Frequently Asked Questions

Is The Woodlands affordable?

Yes, it is. Even when you consider all our offerings, we are competitively priced with other Continuing Care Retirement Communities. Plus we offer attractive financing options and incentives that make living here even more affordable. And finally, we offer a $1,000 monthly health care benefit discount should you ever need to transition to The Arboretum, our Health Services at The Woodlands.

What is the benefit of being a non-profit?

The benefit is that it ensures we think of serving you and your needs and not the bottom line. As a non-profit, any and all profits are put back directly into the community and the services we offer.

Yes, The Woodlands offers a full continuum of care under the same roof called The Arboretum. The Arboretum includes Assisted Living, Memory Support, and Skilled Nursing services. And as a resident of The Woodlands, you have priority access should the need arise. Best of all, our health services are staffed only with fully licensed, qualified, and compassionate healthcare providers.
