CNA (all shifts): Cares for residents under direction of nursing and medical staff. Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs. Bathes, dresses, and undresses residents. Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help. Transports residents or assists residents to walk. Changes bed linens, runs errands, directs visitors, and answers telephone. Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed. One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified Nurse's Aide certification in South Carolina. The Team Member must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices. Must be able to push up to 350 pounds (wheelchair). The employee may occasionally be required to lift greater than 190 pounds with the assistance of additional staff and/or mechanical lift.

Sales Counselor: Identify qualified leads; explain/demonstrate community benefits; excellent communication skills, to include verbal, written & presentation; organized, independent, self-directed individual with the ability to motivate others in a positive manner; advanced MS Office experience and ability to use or learn program for lead management and maintenance of mailing lists and achievement of established sales goals. Degree preferred, 3-5 yrs sales experience (CCRC experience a plus), excellent communication skills, strong organizational, team player, proven track record required.
Server: Takes meal/drink orders and serves meals in a friendly and timely manner. Maintains knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items and explains to residents or guests. Sets up and cleans the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards. The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Sous Chef: Must be skilled in food production and the management of employees. Ensures the proper preparation, portioning, sanitation and service of foods for daily changing menus. Works with Executive Chef to supervise and problem solve in all areas of food production. Capable of learning and instructing team members. Associate degree in Culinary Arts with 2-3 years experience preferred. The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Utility: Operates dishwashing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment. Cleans production equipment. Removes waste from building on a regular basis. The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Housekeeper: Performs cleaning duties according to schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) in assigned areas such as apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices. Maintains equipment and materials needed to perform work in a clean and orderly condition. The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Lifestyle Assistant: Assists in planning, scheduling, and conducting lifestyle programs that provide physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual opportunities for the residents. Attends all community planned functions and coordinates event from beginning to end including set-up, running, and breaking down for the event. Prepares and organizes a calendar of events. Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. One to three years related experience and/or training. Flexible schedule – must be available nights and weekends. The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Registered Nurse: Provides general nursing care to residents in the retirement community and health center. Provides supervision to LPNs, Certified Nursing Aides, and others as assigned to assure delivery of consistently high quality care to residents. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred; and/or one to three years related experience and/or education; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Registered Nurse license in good standing with South Carolina. The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
