Part of our continuum of care, our staff of licensed professionals is on hand around the clock to see that your loved one receives the care they need. We also offer rehabilitation therapy and respite stay services.

Medicare Part A Certified for short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitative stays

As part of our continuing commitment to our residents' health and skilled nursing services, The Woodlands at Furman has partnered with Heritage Healthcare, a premier rehabilitation provider, and is proud to offer senior rehabilitation services in our therapy room or in the comfort of our own residents' homes. Our team provides individualized rehabilitation therapy, including speech, occupational and physical therapy services, to help residents enhance their functional capabilities and overall quality of life.

Respite Stay

The Woodlands is proud to offer a short-term respite stay program, as part of our skilled nursing services.
